The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an Insolvency Partner to join their flourishing office based in the City of London.

They represent lenders, bondholders, liquidators, trustees, insurers, pension funds, corporate debtors to name a few. Their client base is extremely diverse, providing a really good range of work.

This position could be for a Partner who specialises in either Contentious or Non-contentious matters due to an increase in National matters.

You will be working alongside leading individuals, as well as cross-fertilising with departments that have won may legal 500 awards, including the commercial litigation department of the year.

You will be working on high quality, complex international bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters, alongside colleagues in other offices across the region and worldwide.

Requirements:

• You will be a Insolvency Partner with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• Experience of running a team is desired but not essential
• Salary is well above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
