An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property litigation solicitor (NQ-2 years' PQE) to join a Legal 500 firm based in Cambridge.
Since the Property Litigation Dispute Department was set up 18 months ago, it has already achieved a ranking in the Legal 500 directory after its first year and acts for an impressive range of OMB clients.
A list of duties in this role will include adverse possession, development agreements, restrictive covenants, breaches of covenant, break clauses, dilapidations, lease extensions and tenant default.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their own caseload, their own client list with very real career opportunities, whilst working on truly challenging and rewarding cases.
