NQ Charities Solicitor
This is a niche role with a very high profile national firm based in Nottingham.
This multi-service firm has a thriving Charities Team and is looking for ambitious, motivated and well educated newly qualified solicitors to undertake the preparation of either corporate or trust documentation.
The successful NQ charities solicitor will be working within specialist charity law and handling related matters related to charities, social enterprises and not for profit entities.
You will also work closely with other departments within the firm such as commercial, employment and property as part of the firms' cross-discipline charities team and to dispense corporate advice relating to governance reviews, amending Articles of Association, making regulated alterations, dealings with Companies House and the Charity Commission.

You will be an effective communicator able to establish and maintain harmonious and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
You will also possess strong attention to detail, keeping up-to-date with legal developments and with the ability to think laterally in order to consolidate and support a variety of disciplines.
You will have strong academics and be interested in specialising in charities law.
