This boutique law firm in Wells, Somerset is very busy across their commercial property team.
Due to this increase in instructions, the firm is now seeking at least one qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive to join the team.
You will join a friendly commercial property team of around 10 qualified fee earners, legal assistants and support staff. You will be advising very established clients from day one.
You will ideally be a fairly junior solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year of experience advising commercial clients on all their commercial property needs, including development work.
Those with more years of experience are also encouraged to apply.
You should look to continue to build the client base and department, mainly through your client care skills and referrals from delivering a first-class legal service to existing clients.
There will be some flexibility on location throughout the offices in Somerset.
Full and part-time (or flexible working patterns) will be considered.
