Your new role

The department you will be working for is the firms flagship specialism however the opportunity to get involved with other teams is ever increasing in relation to the firms changing ideas to cover more specialisms. What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you must be a UK qualified solicitor with a strong academic record and a coherent understanding of commercial property matters. You should have considerable experience working within a commercial property department and have knowledge of leases, management work, sales and purchases freehold and leaseholds, grant and taking of leases, licences and some corporate support work. There is a wide range of clients including small and medium business to large corporates and PLC's, charities and public sector bodies including NHS organisations. The ideal candidate will also have experience and knowledge of residential sales, drafting & analytical skills and be capable of providing both verbal and written advice to clients which is too the point. This position will report into the head of the commercial property team.
