Legal 500 listed firm is looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to join its team in Surrey as part of its exciting expansion plans. The role is well suited to an ambitious team player who has the ability to handle a full residential caseload and put excellent client care at the forefront of the process.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The role will involve handling a diverse caseload of conveyancing transactions from initial inception to completion with assistance.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience of managing their own caseload of residential property files and will be confident in dealing with Sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property with minimal supervision.

You will be working alongside an experienced assistant and will have technical support on hand.

The ability to work with SLA agreements and previous experience of managing referred work would be an advantage.

The ability to navigate a case management system will also be an advantage although specific training will be given.
