Your new role
Sitting with the successful Real Estate department, the firm's residential development team handles work on behalf of some of the country's top housebuilders and has an excellent national reputation for this kind of work a junior team member, you will be both handling your own smaller matters as well as assisting Partners on complex, high-value files, including acquisitions and disposals, framework agreements, option and overage agreements, infrastructure matters, conditional contracts and much more firm has a great culture; they are collegiate and focus on their employees and clients equally. What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit a Residential Development Solicitor from NQ level to 4 years' PQE, or alternatively it would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who has previous experience in residential development and a desire to specialise in the area been established for over 20 years, we are experts in legal recruitment.
