This large Devon based full service law practice is looking for a commercial property lawyer to join them in Devon.

You will join one of the counties most established firms within a supportive team and work together to continually build on the already strong reputation.

Your role as commercial property solicitor will include acting for commercial landlords and tenants on joint venture work, retail projects, leisure projects and acquisitions of development sites for commercial and mixed-use. You will have exposure to portfolio sales and acquisitions and business transfers.

This firm works coherently across all teams, and you will work closely with the commercial team to get projects and deals of all sizes across the line.

This opportunity will suit an experienced commercial property solicitor or legal executive with at least 1-2 years' relevant property experience. You may well be at a much larger national firm, but looking to have more control over your caseload and career.

This law firm is very much committed to Devon and the business and private client communities within it.

The location of this vacancy can be flexible to include both South and East Devon.
