The role
The firm are seeking to hire a new Construction Lawyer to join their flourishing City of London office.
You will join a well-established department that deals with the highest quality of work, with a very varied client base which includes the best-known Developers and well-known household brands, recently they have dealt with deals involving several of London's most iconic buildings. Fee earners deal with manageable caseloads with a real focus on quality. You will join a friendly, professional and dynamic team. Real Estate is really in this firm's DNA and it is their largest and busiest department, you will work with other Partners to lead the team, whilst also running your own caseload.
The firm are busy on both the contentious and non-contentious sides, so they are looking for candidates on either side, depending on your strengths the team will be able to fit around you.

Requirements
- You will be a Construction Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
