A leading national law firm is expanding its commercial property offering and seeking a Real Estate Partner to take a lead role in Manchester.
You'll be joining a nationally recognised commercial property team dealing with all aspects of real estate transactions from acquisition and development through to asset management and disposal and everything in between.
The firm has a well developed and varied client base which includes developers, investment companies, lenders, retailers, local authorities, charities and healthcare organisations.

Joining as the Real Estate Partner, you'll be expected to take a lead role in growing and developing the team which currently consists of 1 Associate and 1 Paralegal. The firm is open to considering an experienced Commercial Property Partner with a team to bring as well. The Manchester office has seen continued growth over the past couple of years with several practice areas thriving due to the quality of work it does and is now looking to replicate this with its real estate team.
This role would suit a senior candidate looking for a step up in terms of responsibility and who might have hit a glass ceiling in their current firm. Alternatively, a Commercial Property/Real Estate Partner looking to build/develop a fresh team would also be of particular interest.
You must be an experience Commercial Property Partner (likely 7yrs+ PQE within a similar environment) with proven experience in supervising and coaching a team. You'll have excellent technical abilities and have strong experience across all aspects of real estate. A following/established client relationships is an essential requirement for this position.
On offer is a very competitive salary/package, above market rate which will very much depend on your experience, together with a market leading benefits package.
