The Role

The firm are seeking a Litigation Solicitor 1-5 PQE to join them at their office in Swansea, South Wales.

The Litigation teams caseload is made up by a mix of commercial disputes including irector/shareholder disputes, contract, warranty claims, fraud/prof neg, property litigation.

Experience of working on contentious property matters would be important for this role - ideally your previous caseloads will have included working on injuctions and management of antisoclia behaviour, rights of way, nuisance, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant matters, etc.
Ideally, you would have held a position where you have gained experience in most, if not all of those areas mentioned above.
