Due to continued growth and success they are looking to appoint a Banking Lawyer with at least 1 year PQE. You will be advising on a broad range of finance matters work including funding and finance-related projects including bonds, joint ventures, syndicated and bilateral facilities, private placements, revolving credit facilities among other things.

You should have the following skills and experience:

• Banking law
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work as a team player within a high performing team
