Description
This role is for a Corporate Solicitor to work closely with senior management. You will work with the firms client base and sow competence in successfully delivering transactions for them. Initially you will look to build relationships internally and then look to develop solid relationships with new clients to the firm.
Profile
Ideally you'll have at least 2 years' experience in M&A work and working for a reputable private practice.
