Clinical Negligence Lawyer (Solicitor/FCILEx)

Description

• Compliance with the Company's routine time recording, accounts and administrative disciplines. Along with compliance with set policies and procedures.
• Attainment of set targets and day to day liaison with Director
• Attending Litigation and Personal Injury department meetings and necessary training courses to maintain and develop skills and knowledge base
• Flexibility around assisting other offices with holiday cover
• Dealing with issue of proceeding including part 8 applications
• Attending court appointments
• Adhere at all times to the Solicitors' Rules and in, particular, those relating to client confidentiality

Profile

The successful candidate will be looking to benefit from joining a local-firm and reap the added benefits of an evident work-life balance. They will be able to display a proven record of fulfilling the above listed responsibilities and may be a newly qualified solicitor or have more PQE.
