Description

  • The ability to organise and priortise so the day to day needs of the busy private client department
  • Diary management - organising meetings
  • Acting as first point of call for clients - providing an excellent level of service
  • Ensuring all risk assessment and compliance procedures are dealt with
  • Audio typing via digital dictation
  • Amongst other responsbilities expected of a legal secretarial role

Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate they can support a busy department and have technical skills. eg. typing speed of 65wpm. Knowledge of Proclaim would be desirable, but isn't essential. You will have a can-do attitude and be highly organised to ensure smooth running of the department.
