Clinical Negligence Lawyer required at a Lexcel accredited firm in Kent to manage own caseload of clinical negligence claims and some personal injury.
Reporting to the director, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor or chartered legal executive to join the busy clinical negligence department at the Canterbury branch of a well-established, multi-office firm. This is a permanent role with the flexibility to be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.

- Accident and emergency claims
- Brain injury
- Birth injury
- Cancer claims
- Cauda equina syndrome
- Delay in diagnosis
- GP negligence
- Orthopaedic claims
- Spinal injury
- Attending court appointments
- Dealing with issue of proceedings including Part 8 applications
The Candidate
- Solicitor or chartered legal executive with 2 – 7 years’ PQE in clinical negligence
- Additional personal injury experience would be beneficial
- Excellent client care skills
- Business development experience would be advantageous
- IT proficiency
