The Role

Because the firm is handling so much high quality IT and Outsourcing work, they are looking for an Outsourcing Solicitor for their Bristol office.

They have experience advising clients on transformational IT projects, advising on transactions by working with vendors and users from conception until the end of project. They advise clients working on complex IT transactions for blue chip institutions and corporations, including some of the biggest household names in the world.

You will assist clients in their transition planning, incentivisation measurement levels, change management, GSPR compliance, pricing, and much more.

Requirements:

You will be an IT/Outsourcing/TMT Solicitor (2+ PQE)

You will have evidence of meeting billing targets

You will have a wide range of TMT/IT Law experience

You will be ambitious and dynamic
