Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this Employment Solicitor role offers up to £65,000 per year, comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to progress within one of the firm’s continental offices.

Responsibilities of your new role

Joining an award-winning law firm, your key duties as the new Employment Solicitor will include:

• Delivering the highest quality legal service to business and an expanding private client customer base
• Managing a full and varied mixed caseload from inception to conclusion
• Providing sound, commercially focused legal advice and solutions
• Building out new and existing relationships in the business community

Candidate profile

• Motivation to progress their careers and maximise salaries within a high-performance legal services environment
• A minimum of 5 years of practical PQE acquired in a top 200 or highly regarded niche legal environment
• High level client servicing skills and the confidence to make sound commercial judgements with minimal supervision
• Equally effective working collaboratively or on an autonomous basis.
