This friendly high street firm with a busy residential conveyancing department in Farnham is seeking a paralegal to join the team and take on fee-earning aspects of the transaction.
The role is to support the head of residential conveyancing, under their guidance, and to deal with their clients, including face to face meetings. You will need to have experience in dealing with searches and drafting forms such as SDLT and AP1.
This is a great Surrey-based opportunity for someone who is local and enjoys working in a close-knit team.
