Private Client Solicitor - Central London.
Leading Wealth Management firm are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor with strong Probate experience. The role is varied and interesting and will involve advising on UK Probate issues, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (often involving a cross border element), advising clients on estate and succession planning and drafting and reviewing trust related documents.
It is anticipated that you will have 5+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor and you will have experience in drafting wills, trusts, LPA's and dealing with UK probate issues. Exposure to UK/non UK wealth holding would be preferred as would the ability to manage and supervise more junior colleagues.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor who is looking to make the move in-house as this firm welcome application from Solicitors with a law firm background.
