The Role

The firm is seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their flourishing St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Residential Property department has grown year on year. They deal with a high quality of work, focussing on quality, with Solicitors dealing with manageable caseloads. They receive the majority of their work from referrals and a large proportion of the work that they do is high value transactions acting for HNW individuals. You will run your own general, Conveyancing caseload.

This position comes with excellent prospects for progression and would suit someone seeking a step up regarding responsibility.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will have good experience of running your own Conveyancing caseload
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
