The Firm

The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor for their Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire office.

The Corporate Commercial department deals with a very high-quality of work. They believe in fee earners handling manageable caseloads, putting a real emphasis on client care and adding real value to transactions. The department is small compared with that of other departments but has an incredible wealth of experience with highly-skilled Senior Lawyers. You will deal with a real varied caseload, making for an interesting role, this will include; Commercial Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions, Franchise Agreements, Partnership agreements, Franchises and company formations.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression as the firm has plans to grow the department further in the next 24 months.
