Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal

Salary: to £40,000 depending on experience

Prestigious London law firm with an excellent reputation in property are looking to recruit an experienced, knowledgeable paralegal to handle high end residential property transactions from start to finish. The work is for established private clients and the role will include plot sales, normal residential sales and purchases and lease extensions. You will be servicing a VIP clientele at the very highest end of the London residential property market and you will need to hit the ground running – this is a full fee earning role and it is essential that you can handle the full residential transaction from start to finish.

A minimum of two years’ experience in residential property and the ability to do all aspects of the residential transaction from start to finish are essential.
