A Finance Regulatory Solicitor is required to join a leading firm in Leeds on a permanent, full time basis.
About the Role
The Financial Regulatory Solicitor will be joining one of the largest financial regulatory practices in the country. The team provides support on the following:
- Consumer finance and wider financial regulation
- Financial markets regulatory work – the implementation of MIFID 11, EMIR and Senior Persons Regime
- Transactional, banking and funds structuring work for the firm
The Ideal Candidate
The firm is seeking a Financial Regulatory Lawyer with the following attributes:
- 0-5 years’ PQE
- A solid grounding in financial regulatory work / related experience in wider finance and a demonstrable interest in this area
- A strong academic background
- The desire to grow and flourish in a busy, commercially focused team
