A leading multi-office regional law firm in the North Home Counties/ South Midlands region with an existing and growing corporate commercial law practice (which includes three partners in the team) is looking to recruit a further corporate lawyer/ corporate commercial lawyer (FROM NQ) to join their corporate & commercial legal team in Hertfordshire/ North Home Counties.

This law firm provides a range of corporate and commercial legal services, including:

• Corporate transactions, such as Mergers, Acquisitions and Disposals
• Joint Ventures and Shareholder Agreements
• Banking & Finance matters
• Re-organisations and Structuring
• Private Equity
