A top 15 City firm is looking for a Junior Associate to join its specialist Marine Litigation team in Guildford.
The Client:
This mid-sized City firm boasts an unrivalled shipping practice. It acts for the heart of the maritime industry, including insurers, shipbuilders, owners, charterers, salvors, financiers, port authorities and government and P&I clubs as well as clients across the broader trade commodities and energy sector. Clients include oil & gas companies, rig, FPSO and vessel owners, and oil, gas, chemicals and soft commodity traders.
The Role:
The purpose of this Marine Litigation role is to assist the Marine Litigation team which has a particular focus on oil & gas and international trading and shipping.
Requirements:
To be successful in this Marine Litigation role, you will have excellent academics (a minimum 2:1 degree) and have trained at a leading UK or international law firm with prior litigation experience in oil & gas and/or shipping and/trade.
