Residential Conveyancer

Our client are urgently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join them on an ongoing basis. The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle a full Residential Conveyancing caseload and have experience and knowledge dealing with matters including:

• Sales and Purchases
• Freehold and Leasehold
• Remortgages and Transfer of Equity

The Residential Conveyancer will be available to start with our client as a locum as soon as possible to assist during the busy period. Applications will be considered from candidates who are qualified Residential Solicitors or candidates with a strong Residential background.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will receive a competitive hourly rate and potential for repeat bookings when required.
