Commercial Property Locum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to secure a long term locum assignment based in Oxfordshire.

As a commercial property solicitor you will be required to handle a variety of commercial property matters including rural property, commercial premises and development land. Your role will include dealing with commercial leases, freehold sales and purchases and development agreements.

The role is initially for 6 months, however has the possibility to extend beyond this.
