Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer – £35 to £45 per hour – East Anglia

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a dynamic Local Authority in East Anglia. This contract is offered for an initial period of 3 months on either a full-time or part-time basis. There is the possibility for the contract to be extended thereafter and home working is available.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive possessing previous Commercial Contracts experience gained working within Local Government.

Duties may include:

• Providing legal advice on non-contentious Commercial and Procurement law
• Dealing with all aspects of the procurement process
• Researching relevant case law and precedent to provide advice for clients
• Drafting a wide range of contracts and documents
• Monitoring and advising on changes to National and EU legislation

An attractive rate of between £35 and £45 per hour is offered.
