Legal Director, Greater China (14+ PQE) Shanghai - 15274/TTL

This US-listed chemical company is seeking an accomplished regional counsel to cover its Greater China operations. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and counseling on commercial agreements and overseeing litigation, claims, employment, and HSE  regulatory matters. You must be PRC qualified with 14 years' PQE  of corporate and commercial law with a top-tier law firm and/or a manufacturing/industrial MNC. Excellent academic credentials and significant experience in structuring, negotiate and documenting complex commercial transactions is preferred. An LLM from the US and/or experience gained from US law firm or US Corporation is highly desirable. You must have fluent Mandarin and English for the role. REF: 15274/TTL
