An FTSE 100 business that offers a supportive environment and extensive benefits package is seeking to appoint a new build conveyancer to add to their legal department which will soon be located in Wolverhampton!
This unique and rare opportunity has arisen for a new build conveyancer to join one of the largest residential developers in the UK. You will come on board in a tight knit team consisting of around eight conveyancers plus support staff. You will be expected to deal with all aspects of the conveyancing sale process from instruction through to completion.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have at least three years of previous experience in a plot sales environment or residential conveyancing department, along with the ability to handle high volume work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
