An experienced banking and finance lawyer is wanted for a career developing opportunity with a City law firm, based in the heart of London. Our client is a leading and recognised practice in the City circuit and is regarded for its corporate, tax, finance and commercial work.
The successful candidate will join a specialist and collegiate team that is dedicated to high-end banking and finance work. This includes, structured finance, fund finance, corporate lending, DCM as well as speciality finance. The client base is a wide network of corporate borrowers, lenders and banks.
Applications are invited from experienced solicitors with at least 1 years PQE and a solid academic record. It is essential that candidates have pre-requisite experience of working in a City, international or top London law firm.
