Legal Secretary Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Secretary to work within the Dispute Resolution Group based at the firm’s Head Office in London. This will include working alongside a wider team of 8 secretaries, supporting 12 partners, along with around 60 associates and 18 trainees. You will be need to provide an efficient and professional secretary service whilst ensuring the provision of an exceptionally high level of service and some of your responsibilities will include organisation of meetings including all ancillary arrangement, diary management and travel arrangements. Our ideal candidate must have worked in a similar role within professional service environment (ideally dispute resolution) and hold a CILEX qualification, while excellent touch typing skills are also essential to this role.
Key Tasks
- Organise travel and hospitality arrangements including all ancillary arrangements
- Proactive diary management
- Add and maintain contact information within Outlook and the firm’s Client Relationship Management system
- Create, format and amend Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Pitch documents
