Your new role
A commercially orientated Paralegal role as part of a well-developed wider legal function, and this role will focus on the development side of the business. The successful candidate will work across the EMEA region on non-contentious commercial, real estate and franchising matters in a broad role. You will draft IT and supplier agreements, while also managing mini projects where needed. Additionally, you will provide legal support to other areas of the business, building relationships with different business units as a reliable cog in the legal machine.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Paralegal with excellent academics (2:1 or 1st in degree) and ideally successful completion of the Legal Practice Course. You must have demonstrable good experience drafting commercial agreements, including from scratch and the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels. Project management skills would be useful too, while candidates must be able to commute to the offices daily. You will have an engaging personality, strong technical ability, a commercial mindset and the willingness to learn and develop as much as possible.
