A successful regional firm is looking for a senior Commercial Solicitor to join them and build a company commercial team from the ground up. Based in Cambridge, the successful applicant will be offered a full-time, permanent role and up to £75,000 per year.
Responsibilities of your new role
The key responsibilities of your new Company Commercial Solicitor role will include:
- Joining an established wider company commercial team, but building a new department in the Cambridge office
- Taking on an existing caseload dealing with companies, partnerships, sole-traders and start-ups
- Undertaking business development to bring in your own clients to the practice
Candidate profile
The firm looks to hire a qualified Solicitor who demonstrates:
- 5+ years of PQE
- A background in corporate or commercial law
- Strong team management & development skills
- High levels of ambition to progress your career
- Desire to undertake business development
