The Role
Key elements of this Corporate Lawyer position include:
- Dealing with a broad mix of M&A and Private Equity work
- Working closely with a highly regarded Partner
- Assisting with business development to further grow the practice
The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with the following traits:
- 2-6 years’ PQE
- A strong academic record
- M&A and Private Equity experience
- Experience obtained within a leading US or International firm
- Excellent client care skills
Salary and Contract
On offer for the Corporate Lawyer:
- £120,000 - £160,000 per annum + Bonus
- Permanent, full time contract
