An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced law costs draftsmen to join a well-respected firm based in Prescot. You will be required to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in drafting anything ranging from standard fast track PI cases right up to complex clinical negligence and commercial litigation cases.
The firm is based in Prescot and is offering a law costs draftsman a competitive salary banding, excellent benefits package and free parking.
Duties will include drafting formal/informal Bill of Costs on cases including but not restricted to:

Duties will include drafting formal/informal Bill of Costs on cases including but not restricted to:
- Clinical Negligence
- Commercial Litigation
- Catastrophic Injury
- Industrial Disease
- Noise Induced Hearing Loss
- Serious RTA
- Financial Claims
- Holiday Claims
- Drafting and Negotiating of Costs Budgets on all of the above case types
- Occasional Negotiation and Advocacy as and when required by the business.
