An impressive Transatlantic law firm requires a Senior ECM Associate to take on a permanent role at their City of London office.
The Opportunity
As an ECM Lawyer within this highly rated firm, you will be working alongside renowned Partners, with elements of the role including:
- Gaining exposure to a broad range of Capital Markets work
- Advising a high profile client base, including other global law firms and prominent businesses
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Candidate
The firm is looking for an ECM Associate with the following attributes:
- Qualified Lawyer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience at a leading City law firm
- Experience at a law firm recognised for its Capital Market practice, specifically within the equity capital markets space
- Experience and understanding of a range of stock exchange transactions, including equity fund-raising, delivery of IPOs and secondary listings for both issuers and their advisers
- Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs
