Rate: £30 - 35 per hour

Our client are urgently seeking a Residential Solicitor to join them as soon as possible on an 2 week locum basis. The ideal Residential Solicitor will be able to handle a full Residential caseload and have experience and knowledge dealing with matters including:

• Sales and Purchases
• Freehold and Leasehold
• Remortgages and Transfer of Equity

The Residential Solicitor will be available to start with our client as a locum as soon as possible for a short term contract in London. Applications will be considered from candidates who are qualified Residential Solicitors or candidates with a strong Residential background.
