Responsibilities of your new role
Working with high-end clients, you will be responsible for a Corporate caseload covering:
- M&A;
- Private equity transactions;
- Share and asset disposals and acquisitions;
- Joint ventures;
- IPOS and secondary issues; and
- Reorganisations.
Candidate requirements
The firm expects to hire an NQ to mid-level Corporate Solicitor who demonstrates:
- Sound knowledge of Corporate law;
- The ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and multi-national Clients;
- A driven individual and good team member able to maintain the very high standards of this high-ranking firm; and
- The ability to provide support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.
