Court of Protection Solicitor (1+ PQE)

I am currently working with a Legal 500 national law firm in Birmingham city centre who are looking to hire an additional Court of Protection Solicitor (1+ PQE) in to their expanding Birmingham based team.

About the role:

The Successful Court of Protection Solicitor will advise on deputyship services, Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, statutory will applications and the ongoing administration of financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity.

There is a clear progression path for those coming into the team. Dependent on your level of experience you will be expected to supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.

About you:

You will be a UK qualified Solicitor and will have had a minimum of one years experience in Court of Protection matters and a clear passion for this area. You will be personable and able to handle a caseload that is sensitive in nature and will be able to assist the vulnerable and elderly in ensuring their rights are adequately protected and that their affairs of handled in the most appropriate way possible.
