Employment Solicitor

Due to the approaching retirement of a partner - we have a rare and desirable opportunity for an employment solicitor to join an established and highly-regarded firm with offices in the Home Counties and London.
 
You will take over an existing caseload with an interesting mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, on behalf of respondents and claimants.
 
Typical matters include:

• Company restructures
• Discrimination cases (including 6 figure settlements)
• HR advice.

The firm offers great career progression opportunities and you will be working within an ambitious and expanding organisation that have acquired several other firms in recent years.
 
The successful employment solicitor will be:

• A UK qualified solicitor with 5 or more years of PQE
• Able to work on dispute resolution and non-contentious employment matters
• Willing to work in a senior capacity and conduct business development activities when necessary.
