This national law firm has an excellent reputation in commercial property work - the team is ranked in the chambers and legal 500 ratings with notable commercial property individuals. An opportunity has arisen for an mid level Real Estate Solicitor to join the team in Oxford.
The firm has experienced considerable growth in all its key services and this is a role that will support a fast growing team and that covers all areas of Real Estate. Work may include: acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, secured lending and development/ investment work. As a Commercial Property Lawyer you will participate in client management and business development initiatives and help mentor junior fee earners. As such the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a sound technical understanding on a broad level of commercial property work.
