A Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for an exciting opportunity with an ambitious, expanding law firm based in Bexley. Applications are invited from commercially minded, ambitious Commercial Property Solicitors who are keen to take the next step in their career.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases from start to finish. Draft and negotiate commercial leases, have a good working knowledge within Commercial Property and be able to handle a busy caseload autonomously.

The ideal candidate will be a Commercial Property Solicitor looking for an opportunity to join a highly successful and progressive firm with the chance to progress to a Head of Department role in the next couple of years. The successful candidate will be upwards of 2 years PQE, be technically strong and possess the confidence required to make commercial calls when required.
