Are you a personal injury fee earner with EL/PL experience looking to move to a progressive, forward-thinking firm based in Newcastle? This new role will see you utilising your EL/PL fee earning experience and working within an award winning personal injury team.
The department is renowned for its personal injury work and providing services of the highest standard. As an EL/PL fee earner, you will be working alongside senior personal injury solicitors handling a caseload of your own, consisting of EL/PL portal injury claims. Your new role will see you working as part of a growing team, in a friendly, dynamic and forward thinking environment, dealing with work of the highest quality.
You will be expected to have at least 12 months' experience handling employers liability and public liability personal injury claims. This will be autonomously from cradle to grave, as you will be expected to join the team and hit the ground running with your own caseload.
You will be expected to check initial information, identify files to be rejected, enter claim details on the portal, liaise with medical experts, negotiate with insurers and prepare files for court proceedings.
