A boutique law firm in Holborn is looking for an NQ Solicitor to join their corporate team. This Corporate Solicitor role is offered full-time on a permanent basis.
Your new firm
The Corporate Associate Solicitor will be joining a firm well known for its commercial approach and the quality of the transactions it undertakes. The typical transaction value starts at £200,000 and goes up to around £10M.
Responsibilities of your new role
As the latest addition to the corporate team you will advise multi-nationals, social enterprises, household name charities and public bodies on matters such as:
- Commercial contracts including consumer contracts and supply contracts
- Joint ventures
- Private M&A
- Collaborations and partnerships
- Franchising
Candidate profile
To be considered for this role you must be an NQ Solicitor who demonstrates:
- Training seat completed in corporate law
- An understanding of the above contracts and transactions
- Exceptional client relationship development skills
Salary
The successful Corporate hire will be offered £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
