We have been instructed on a Finance role by a mid-City law firm seeking to add an experienced lawyer who can work across a broad scope of deals. The firm has a strong lender-side practice and sits on a number of high profile banking panels that deliver regular high-quality work. The firm has invested heavily in the team, bringing in Partners with general finance experience as well as in more focused areas such as Leveraged and Acquisition Finance.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Good academics (2).
- Worked in a strong team, dealing with broad finance transactions.
- Led transactions with little or no assistance from partners.
- Client focused.
- Strong business development skills.
