As a conveyancing solicitor, you will take over an existing caseload of sales and purchases, first registrations, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold, right to buy, buy to let, registered and unregistered, re-mortgage and equity release.
This is a full-time position, however, there is an opportunity for you to work 4 days a week.
