Description
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with suppliers and business customers.
- Support and advise on tender processes.
Profile
- You are a qualified lawyer - the role would particularly suit a candidate with 1 to 3 year's Post Qualification Experience.
- You have a sound understanding of commercial law, with some experience of either corporate, employment, property or (consumer-focused) regulatory.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Some in-house experience preferred but not essential, provided that you can demonstrate an ability to manage a varied workload.
- Any experience of FMCG/Retail/Logistics/Digital is an advantage.
- You have a sound understanding of commercial law, with some experience of either corporate, employment, property or (consumer-focused) regulatory.
