A new position now exists for a talented commercial contract manager to handle contract management activity across their UK & Ireland region. 

This position will be fully integrated into the company's project activity and have specific focus on sales support for solutions-based projectsso you must have advanced contract management experience in this area.

Claims management experience is desirable and a legal background will be highly advantageous.

For consideration applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 5+ years contract management experience
  • Solutions based CM experience is essential
  • Contract negotiation and drafting experience
  • Industry experience within heavy industry, technology, construction, energy, infrastructure or comparable industries
  • Commercially astute, adept at building business relationships, able to work effectively with internal and external key partners
